We are       We are of service

My journey in the Oriental Arts  began practicing Judo as a teenager at the Societa' Borgo Prati in Rome.

After many years of practice and competitions I met someone  that changed my life. It was Maestro Cesare Barioli.  Not only he changed my vision of Judo, but also introduced me to  worlds and realities until then unknown or little known, like the world of mentally disabled .  At that the time there were mostly Down syndrome children.

Since then I have been teaching them Judo and accompanied them to many competitions all around Italy.

In the meantime my passion  for Kundalini Yoga started, brought and taught  in Italy by Yogi Bhajan, my Teacher.

Totally immersed in these experiences, I discovered Tai Chi Chuan and my thirst for practice and knowledge would not be quenched.
I opened the Narabi Center and later the European Institute of Kundalini Yoga, which later became The Circle and the Water, and In 2022 we opened the Kimochi Center

In 2003 I began collaborating with some cooperatives who manage CSE (Social Educational Centres) which welcome children
with various disabilities. I was teaching them some Yoga and some Tai chi, but soon I understood that there was a need for a custumized method, more fit for their needs.

Thus, after years of practice and studies, the Shen Yoga Method was born , and recognized in 2013 as a School and therefore authorized to hold
training courses for Shen Yoga Operators.

Shen in the traditional Cinese Medicine stands for the energy of the Heart

In the Heart there is a butterfly
ready to take flight
